Angel Christmas card for ‘Assert’ support group.
I was recently asked by a copywriter I work with to donate a Christmas card illustration to help raise funds for Assert, here in the UK. Assert stands for ‘Angelman Syndrome Support Education and Research Trust’ (http://www.angelmanuk.org/). Angelman syndrome is a rare genetic condition that affects about 1 in every 25,000 people, affecting the nervous system and causing severe physical and intellectual disability. Symptoms become noticeable in early childhood.
Matt hopes to raise £5,000.00 for Assert, by all means necessary by the look of things. So, dip your hands in your pockets if you see these designs around whilst shopping or surfing. All information about this great idea can be found at: (http://www.christmascardangels.co.uk).
The theme of the brief was ‘Angels’, so can you tell what my slightly abstract inspiration was? Other card designs can be found at: (http://www.christmascardangels.co.uk/latest-donations/4579908462).
Please refer to my illustration page if you need more samples of this kind of work.
